Wolsen Caffe adheres to the new food concept "fast casual", where "fast" is not badly, but quickly and qualitatively. Good food starts with best ingredients. We clearly follow the rule of three "no": no - dyes, no - flavor enhancers, no – E-elements. We’re spreading the love of fresh, unique and absolutely delicious food.

Wolsen caffe is a stylish space with the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, natural materials, pleasant music, fast Wi-Fi and the ability to work at the laptop.

Our aim is to serve good and tasty organic food at a reasonable price in modern bistro style.

The diverse menu is beloved by vegans and non-vegans alike, with seasonally updated one-of-a-kind dishes, delicious soups, salads and sandwiches inspired by our innovative culinary team. We select naturally raised beef and the best quality poultry. Don’t forget about our drinks menu either, it’s full of fragrant coffee, organic teas as well as freshly squeezed juices.

Fabrizio Garofolin Chef Kansas City ribs are serious business when it comes to BBQ. True to tradition, barbeque in Kansas City is dry rub-spiced, smoked with hickory and coated with a KC style sauce. For Kansas City sauce means a thick, rich and tangy tomato based sauce with molasses and sometimes a hint of vinegar. The meat is seared, slow cooked and mop basted with sauce until the meat is tender and a nice crust has formed on the outside. Roll up your sleeves and get ready for sauce that you enjoy getting under your fingernails.
